A car insurance scam we need
to be aware of.
How it works -
A
driver flashes their
headlights at another car to
dupe them into believing
they are conceding the right
of way & then crashes into
them.
My advice -
Never take someone flashing
thier headlights at you as
giving you the right of
passage. Wait & be patient
no matter how much the
drivers behind horn.
The Highway Code

to let other road users know
that you are there. Do not
flash your headlights to
convey any other message or
intimidate other road users
& never assume that
flashing headlights is a
signal inviting you to
proceed"
